Economics Vision Club was founded at Baku Higher Oil School in 2026. We want economics to make sense not only to economists, but to engineers, managers and every other student.

Our mission

  • Raise economic, financial and business literacy among students
  • Bring together students who are curious about economics but couldn't find local resources
  • Run seminars and webinars that build that literacy
  • Share economic content on social media
  • Make student life at the university more active

Economics where oil began

Our campus is in Bibiheybat, where one of the world's first oil wells was drilled in the mid-1800s. It is hard to find a better place to study how oil reshaped the global economy.
